7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing Levython tools, frameworks, templates, libraries, internal processes, know-how, and reusable components remain the property of Levython Technologies. Client-specific deliverables and ownership rights are transferred or licensed according to the applicable written agreement and payment status.

8. Third-party services

Projects may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, APIs, email services, analytics tools, payment gateways, databases, app stores, or automation tools. Their terms, fees, downtime, limitations, and policies are controlled by those third parties.

9. Security and responsible disclosure

You must not test, scan, exploit, or attack our website, clients, or systems without written authorization. Security reports and related communication should be sent to info@levython.in only.

10. Careers and applications

Career pages, internships, and role descriptions are informational. Applying does not guarantee selection, interview, stipend, employment, certificate, or future opportunity. Any engagement must be confirmed separately in writing.

11. No guarantees

We aim to provide high-quality professional services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, specific business results, search rankings, revenue, leads, security immunity, or platform approval unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
